We work with leading consultants to deliver purpose-built rental housing that balances asset performance with resident experience. Unit mix and amenity design are shaped by a focus on liveability, functionality, and asset performance.

Property Management

We operate residential assets with an end-to-end capability across leasing, facilities management, finance, and resident services — focused on driving operating income and enhancing resident engagement across all residential strategies.

Investment Management

We structure and manage investment opportunities across our residential platforms, partnering with private and institutional investors through shared ownership models designed to align interests and support long-term value creation.

Chrystan Paul
Chief Executive Officer

  • Chrystan Paul is the CEO and co-founder of Alt Living Group.

    Chrystan leads the strategic direction, platform development, and delivery of purpose-built rental communities across all residential strategies.

    Before Alt Living, Chrystan co-founded and scaled a residential living platform in 2017 that became one of the largest specialist operators in New South Wales.

    Chrystan holds a Bachelor of Commerce (Finance) from the University of New South Wales.

Jessen O’Sullivan
Executive Director

  • Jessen O’Sullivan is Executive Director at Alt Living Group.

    Jessen leads the growth of the Group’s residential platform strategies. He also established Alt Residential, which manages a growing portfolio of rental assets in key urban markets.

    Previously, Jessen held senior capital markets roles at Knight Frank, JLL, and CBRE, overseeing more than AUD $800 million in transactions across New South Wales. His experience spans investment sales, site acquisitions, and asset strategy.

    He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business from the University of New England.
